Write your top 10 TV shows and tag 10 friends to do the same!
I was tagged by the Laura. This is gonna be like the top 10 from my brain right now and I will probably edit this like a million times after I post it because these are BIG DECISIONS
1. Buffy (this is always #1 but the rest aren’t really in proper order)
2. Pushing Daisies
3. Lizzie McGuire
4. Sabrina the Teenage Witch
5. Broad City
6. The OC
7. Americas Next Top Model (because I have seen every season and I can’t not it would be wrong)
8. Orphan Black
9. Gossip Girl
All the tv I watch is trash pretty much, please don’t judge me.

ok so I have a lot of thoughts regarding this saga, but first of all CAN PEOPLE FUCKING FACT CHECK? Denise L’Estrange-Corbet, as stated in this article is the co-founder of WORLD. She also contributes to Womens Weekly, captioning best/worst dressed lists. She is not, however, the CEO of Glassons. That person is Tracey Shaw, a fact you can find out by using google.Graeme James Popplewell is the CEO of Glassons’s parent company, Hallenstines Glassons, I’m pretty sure. Yes, Denises’ comments are awful but do not affiliate them with the views of Glassons because she’s just a commentator from the industry.
I’m not gonna go into the ridiculousness of the ‘mannequin having a healthy BMI’ which was part of the actual statement from Glassons earlier in the week, because I don’t care about the mannequin, I care about the fashion industry. In the clip, L’Estrange-Corbet comments that high fashion has always, and will always be shown on skinny models because they just look better like this. BULL FUCKING SHIT. It doesn’t look better, its just cheaper for companies to make samples that may not make it to production in smaller sizes because you use less fabric than producing a larger size. Which is a fucking cop-out. I am so disheartened by the ‘commitment’ to diversity by so many fashion companies, labels and magazines alike. It’s bullshit. They make small samples for the sake of profit, they market diversity for the sake of profit (this is why dove/nivea pisses me off), its ridiculous, and it’s not going to stop because capitalist structures are so fucking entrenched in every aspect of life. I’m over it.
